Meet Your Therapist

Hello, I’m Lindsay — a pediatric speech-language pathologist with over a decade of experience helping children develop confident, meaningful communication skills. I founded Topsail Pediatric Therapy to provide personalized, playful, and evidence-based care to families along our beautiful North Carolina coast.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Speech and Hearing Sciences, with a minor in Child Development and Family Relations, from East Carolina University in 2013, and my Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2015. I am licensed by the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists and hold my Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. I am also a member of the North Carolina Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

My therapy approach is individualized, relationship-based, and rooted in evidence-based practice. I prioritize connection, trust, and engagement to create a supportive and motivating environment where children feel comfortable learning and growing. I believe meaningful progress happens when therapy is both effective and enjoyable, and I celebrate every step forward alongside families.

I provide comprehensive evaluations and therapy for early childhood communication delays, articulation and phonological disorders, language disorders, social communication challenges, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) needs.

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy reading, searching for beach treasures, rewatching The Office, and cheering on my favorite sports teams with my husband and fur babies.
